Over the last 45 years, Etheredge Mintern has completed many projects from complex multifaceted projects to minor maintenance jobs. We have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to and including 4 million dollars.  No matter the project, we have the knowledge, skill and ability to deliver it safely, on time and on budget.

Below is a small list of examples, of some recently completed works:

Baptcare The expansion of Baptcare Strathalan retirement living facility MacLeod. This project included all the civil works in this large multiple living development site including all the construction of roadways, footpaths, garden, seating areas and drainage.	Black Rock Lifesaving Club The completion of concrete paving and tiered seating as well as the new granitic sand drives and path	Rickards Road, Knoxfield Upgrading the road reserve including new drainage system, kerbs, driveways and complete pavement construction. The new road runs along Carrington Primary school, adding to the pristine look of the area.
Station Road, Seville This was a complete road construction transforming a once dirt road into a new asphalted road, including new drainage system, kerb, driveways and complete pavement construction. Situated along the famous Warburton Trail, you can view our work as you travel towards the local cafes along the trail.	Gary Tait Sports Pavilion Completing the concrete road, tiered seating and concrete stairs and ramps, the project was completed on time and exceeded the clients’ expectations. Once again reconfirming our long-held reputation for quality and efficiency.	Templeton Primary School With the Upgrade of Templeton Primary School's Learning Centre, Etheredge Mintern has been awarded the drainage, excavator and concrete works. Completing all decorative concrete, tiered seating and retaining walls around the new building.
